We take care of advertising your RV in multiple websites, all with excellent search engine placement. We will gather the renter's information, put together legal documentation, make sure everything is signed, transfer funds from the renter to your PayPal Premium account. We assist you in setting up an account if you don't have one. We also supply you all signed documentation and personalized Vehicle Check In and Check Out forms. We pre-confirm all possible rentals with you prior to booking your RV. On the day of the rental, the renter will pick up the RV from your pre-determined location.
Share My RV Rental will enable you to accept credit cards from renters, as well as offering them an option to get additional RV insurance for the duration of their rental. Through our website, you can rent out one or more RVs as either an individual RV owner, a home-based RV rental business, or even a commercial enterprise.
How the program works
You remain in possession of your RV. It is entirely up to you which days are available for rentals, and which are not - as well as whether to accept a particular rental. Share My RV Rental will take care of in-coming phone calls and complete all quote requests with potential renters, gather their information (driver's license, credit card, etc.). Once the renter has specified that they want to rent your RV, the agency will contact you to confirm the dates and pricing. If you decide to accept the rental, the agency will transfer the entire rental and security deposit from the renter to you. The agency's fee is based on a percentage of the daily rate times the number of days. Depending on the type and class of the vehicle the percent may change but it's normally 25%.
On the day of the rental, the renter picks up the RV from your pre-determined location. We supply you all paperwork and completed forms needed to properly "Self Rent" the RV. Share My RV Rental will assist in setting up a way to accept credit cards for the payment. When your RV is returned in proper condition you will use the agency's website to refund the security deposit. If there are additional charges you only return a portion of the security deposit or charge and additional amount if needed.

Should I invest in an RV?
Each RV's income will vary depending on many factors such as: age of unit, quality of manufacturing, number of miles previously on vehicle, how well it was maintained before being placed in the fleet, where it was previously stored, and how many manufacturer installed options, number of slide-outs and many others.
We will let you know what is renting the best. Either way the income will easily supplement and in some cases cover the RV payment.
