Why Rent a Private RV?

1. SELECTION - It is very unusual to have 2 RVs in our fleet that are exactly the same. When you rent from Cruise America, Road Bear, Apollo and other commercial fleets you get duplication. They purchase multiple copies of the same RV in possibly different lengths. Since they own the RV's they will plaster their advertising all over the vehicle. At the beginning of each year our agency contacts new RV Owners and adds many new vehicles to our agency fleet. That way you can select a different RV each year.

2. NO GRAFFICS - I don't know how many times I have heard renters say that they hate driving a rolling bulletin board. We do not add any type of advertisements to our vehicles. The owner may have a bumper sticker or campground sticker.

3. PRICING - Our RV Booking Agency is free to all renters. The RV owners pay a small percentage on each booked rental. If the owner makes money we make money.  Lower overhead means lower prices.

When you rent a privately owned RV from Share My RV Rentals, you can rest assured that our agency has provided the owner with check lists to assist them in making their RV the best it can be. Generally our owners take care of their RV. We also email a survey to each renter after their rental so they can let us know the condition of the RV they rented. If renters start reporting problems with and RV and the owner is not fixing them we will know about it and that RV will be removed from our booking agency fleet. and in good condition, as the RV's owners use it for their own enjoyment as well. When you pick up the RV from their home on the day of your rental, you will be able to get individual attention that you may not get from a large rental center.

We have a variety of RV types for you to choose from, as each of our owners has chosen an RV based on their preferences. At a rental center you may have fewer choices - it is likely that the rental center will have many of the exact same RV for each class, with the same floorplan, rather than different ones - at Share My RV, you can choose an RV more closely suited to your preferences.

When you vacation in an RV, you choose when to leave in the morning, rather than having a set checkout time by a hotel. You also save yourself time due to not having to unpack every night and pack again in the morning.
